• Jewelweed has been traditionally used by herbalists for itchy, irritated skin after time outdoors. Many herbalists consider it the most impactful herb for comforting poison ivy, poison oak, poison sumac, and all bug bites.
• Calendula is known in folk herbalism for its gentle, skin–soothing and calming qualities.
• Plantain has long been used as a “first aid” plant, traditionally applied to bug bites, minor scrapes, and irritated spots.
